Introduction of spinner
The Spinner is designed toclean and dewater the plastic flakes,remove contaminants from theflakesby means of centrifugal force. The spinner consists of a rotor shaft with paddles mounted in a housing. Aset of screenis mounted around the rotor shaft with paddles. A hinged lid is mounted on the top. The unit is supported on a strong carbon steel frame.High-speed rotatingpaddles strike wet materials, the wet materials hitscreen with great kinetic energy, then materials are bounced back by thescreen, while water andcontaminants pass screen and fall into basin.
